Hours: M-F 830 am to 5 pm

Salary: $85,000

Pay to Stay Bonus: $7,500

Join our innovative OnTrackNY team, providing early intervention for adolescents and young adults experiencing first episode psychosis. We’re seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee a small multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented, community-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage team scheduling, caseloads, intakes, and discharges.
• Ensure adherence to OnTrackNY model and staff training requirements.
• Serve as Primary Clinician for select participants and their families, providing therapy, psychoeducation, and support.

Qualifications:

• Experience with youth and community-based mental health.
• Master’s degree and active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
