Rate: $24.00 per hour + Great Benefit Package including Tuition Assistance
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (NO WEEKENDS!)

Are you a compassionate leader with experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities? Join our mission-driven team as a Day Services Supervisor and help adults live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals across day programs, in-home services, and vocational training.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individual needs and agency standards.
- Assist with living skills, health maintenance, personal care, and behavior support.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state guidelines.
- Collaborate with families, care teams, and community partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities or human services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
- Ability to pass background check and physical requirements (lifting, mobility, etc.).
