Pay Rate: $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
Hours: 5:45AM-1:45PM with commitment to work one weekend day. (35hrs) + Benefits

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinic Coordinator will assist the Program Director in the day to day operations of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). The Clinic Coordinator will assist the Program Director with scheduling program activities, and will keep Program leadership apprised of established licensing, accreditation and recertification due dates to ensure quality standards as well as customer service objectives are met.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Keeps regulatory agency certification spreadsheet up-to-date.
- Maintains program Protocol binder to ensure the latest versions are available to staff after they receive training from leadership.
- Maintains current knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders.
- Keeps all METRO vendor and service accounts up to date on spreadsheet.
- Monitors equipment calibration dates and schedules servicing as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Schedules biannual security systems checks with Stratagem and assists the Program Director with organizing certificates for auditing purposes.
- Takes, prepares and emails meeting minutes to leadership for review before dissemination.
- Places, tracks, and receives all medical supplies and equipment orders.
- Assists clinicians, PA, and MD with calendar schedules of appointments and send reminders accordingly.
- Assists Program Directors with scheduling of employee trainings and in-services.
- Performs QA of EHR client records as assigned, ensuring that all new admission check list items have been completed within regulatory time frames and ensures that all documents in need of scanning into the EHR records is complete at the end of each business day.
- Takes and prepares all meeting minutes for monthly leadership meetings and other meetings as requested.
- Carries out coordinator responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Supervise two of the administrative employees and serve as coverage in the event they not available.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:
- Supports Security Officer with information gathering, client check in and identification and reinforce participant seeing the providers as schedule
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Excellent time management skills; conscientious with excellent follow through skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task
- Hands-on experience with network administration.
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sufficient skills to communicate effectively with system users regarding technical and business issues.
- Experience with creating and maintaining effective working relationships with staff at all levels.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Including Evolv and Acutis program, Central registry, OASAS etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of business administration experience or 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Three (3) years of experience working with an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) or Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program preferred.
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
- Able to work in open space floor plan
- Must be capable to move throughout work day
