Overview of Primary Responsibilities:
Direct Support Professionals work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing services to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. They provide assistance with activities of daily living, health maintenance, and independent living skills development.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with relevant experience, or minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Physical Characteristics:
Must be capable of performing all SCIP Interventions, provide hands-on care, perform household tasks, lift weight, ascend/descend stairs, participate in physical activities, utilize electronic devices, and provide transportation.
