Pre-Vocational Specialist II (Mon-Fri Daytime position)

Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (40hrs)   NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

   

Job Description:   

• Provide individualized pre-vocational services to individuals with a developmental disability
• Assist clients to achieve valued outcomes
• Arrange individual and group activities to aid clients to achieve service goals
• Daily documentation of services provided according to OPWDD regulations
• Provide monthly summary of client progress according to OPWDD regulations
• Record attendance and time in/time out of program
• Responsible for coordinating down time activities

-Experience with I/DD population

-Bilingual English Spanish speak is a plus

- Valid Driver's License
