Job Description:
In this role you will:

-Supervise a team of individuals with disabilities as they perform cleaning tasks at various office buildings in the Poughkeepsie area -Supervise workers assigned to contract while at site performing janitorial duties -Manage contract direct labor hours and disabled worker ratio per contract -Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment -Manage on-site training, time sheets, and progressive discipline -Limited interaction with contract Point of Contact -Must be able to coach/assist workers with additional needs -Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: -A valid NY State driver’s license -Supervisory experience -A strong janitorial background -Experience with disabled population is a plus -Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus Access offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage; an array of voluntary benefits (term life, whole life, identity theft protection and pet insurance); Healthcare and Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts; employer paid Short Term Disability, LTD and AD&D; a matching 403(b) retirement plan, generous paid time off, paid holidays, accelerated holiday pay and tuition assistance.
